Principal's Message
Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to another exciting school year!
I am thrilled to be a part of your journey as your Principal. Now in my second year in this role, with eight years of experience in administration and 21 years in the education field, I am eager to continue serving the youth of our community. Each of our students brings a unique story and is here for different reasons, and I look forward to supporting and guiding you throughout this academic year.
Whether you are a returning student or joining the Wildcats for the first time, I welcome you with open arms to our small but mighty campus with an end goal to assist in your journey to a high school diploma while offering guidance, support and encouragement. At Jamison High School our commitment to excellence in education is equally matched by our dedication to the holistic development of our students. We dedicate ourselves to fostering a culture of inclusivity and care, ensuring that everyone feels acknowledged, respected and empowered.
As we start this new school year, I challenge students to set high goals, dream big and embrace the journey of learning! Our committed teaching team and support staff are here to support and challenge you with curriculum that sparks curiosity and empowers you to achieve your goals. Together, we will uncover new ideas, expand our knowledge, and build the skills necessary to thrive in tomorrow's challenges and shape your future.
Your partnership, parents and guardians, is incredibly important to us. We encourage your active participation and look forward to maintaining strong communication between school and home. Together, we share the responsibility of ensuring our students' success, and we deeply appreciate your support in their educational development and personal journey.
Over the course of the year, we offer a variety of co-curricular programs, events, and sports teams that cater to diverse interests. We encourage students to take advantage of these opportunities and explore their passions outside the classroom. By participating in these activities, students can forge new friendships, develop leadership skills, and create unforgettable experiences.
Creating a safe and secure space for all is essential. We have put in place detailed procedures to safeguard the well-being of our students, staff, and visitors, and we will continue to rigorously maintain these measures throughout the year.
I believe that, together, we can make this school year one of growth, success, and unforgettable experiences. Let’s strengthen our community, ensuring that every student feels empowered to learn, participate, and succeed. As WILDCATS, we proudly live by our PACK values: Persistence, Accountability, Commitment, and Knowledge.
We ask all staff and students to stay on TRACK, committing to Technology, Readiness, Achievement, Citizenship, and Knowledge throughout the school year.
