Work Permits

A work permit is not required until an employer is ready to hire you.

Step 1: When an employer is ready to hire you, download the work permit form.

Step 2: You, a parent, and the employer need to fill out specific sections of the form.

Step 3: Return the completed form to Mrs. Symonds. She will issue the work permit.
